What do you need to get into UBC (university of British Columbia)?

When I was on the UBC website ,i went to the admissions and I saw it says that you need atleast higher then a 67% average. I always thought it was 86%. And does it depend on the program? How about if you want to become a teacher.what do you need to learn?
