Where shud my daughter go for economics undergrad course UTM or UBC vancouver?

I'm currently there right now and UBC Economics is a highly regarded program, in the top #20 worldwide. To get into UBC in the first place, you need at least an A average (86%+) and a supplemental application may be required (some faculties are mandatory). To get into economics, you must first be in UBC as a full-time student and then in your second year, you must be in the faculty of Arts. At the end of your second year, you should have at least 54 credits in order to apply into the Economics program which is extremely competitive. So to summarize this up, you need to apply to get into the school first (and the faculty) AND also submit another application for the Economics program.
